Who are Thundercat Sports coaches?
Thundercat Sports staff are enthusiastic teachers and student
athletes who are motivated, patient, positive, and relate well to
kids. Coaches go through an extensive hiring process that
includes personal interviews, recommendations, background
checks, and Thundercat Sports training sessions.
Programs will be led by a director and a team of coaches
underneath the director. Programs will be staffed by ratios to
ensure safety, maximum participation, learning, and fun.
Coaches will be trained in Thundercat Sports philosophy,
coaching method, discipline policies, safety issues, and
much more.
If you are an exceptional individual, have a strong background
in your sport, patient, and are motivated to work with kids, we
